Fitness Center make you feel comfortable going at your own pace,
and they'll never push you to be a pretzel when you're just a

Amy HolteHatha Yoga
A deeply relaxing and rejuvenating Sunday morning class. Emphasis is on deep stretching, the breath, and release of tension to create an energized, balanced, centered, and grounded feeling. All levels welcome; class adapts to students’ needs.
Ayesha HolcombeKids Yoga
Children learn the basics of yoga and continue to grow and develop their knowledge in the science of Yoga. ADD ADHD Creative Ability, Memory, Concentration, self-confidence, self-esteem, Sports, Music and Art are helped with the regular practice of yoga-a life skill.
David Turner—Hatha Yoga
This hatha yoga class emphasizes building strength, increasing flexibility and developing balance. Students of all levels are welcome. Breath, flow, and adaptation of asana are emphasized to bring ease—as well as challenge—to your yoga asana practice.
Karuna NicolsHatha Yoga-Iyenger
An invigorating class with focus on alignment, building strength, as well as increasing flexibility. This class will create a rejuvenating and relaxing experience for the body, mind and spirit. All levels welcome, designed to increase intensity if needed.
Patti GagneHatha Yoga with Iyengar Influence
An eclectic hatha yoga class, focuses on using the breath to initiate movement. You will build strength, flexibility and balance by unifying body, mind and breath. Guidance is given for listening to your inner teacher. All levels, always appropriate for everyone, including first timers and beginners.
Julie WilkinsonHathaIyengar Yoga.
A High Energy Hatha Yoga class based in Iyengar and Ashtanga Yoga styles, connecting Breath with full body Vinyasa flow. Smoothly building strength, flexibility, balance, grace, and health. All Levels welcome, but geared more towards intermediate-advanced.
Tracey LeighAshtanga Yoga
Tracy offers this private fee based class Monday through Saturday. Class size is limited to 8 students to ensure excellent, individualized instruction. Gain strength, flexibility, and balance, and quiet the mind. Safe, yet challenging. Some yoga experience helpful. Monthly fee schedule is as follows.

Wendy PedersonKundalini and Hatha Yoga
Tuesday classes are in the kundalini yoga tradition as taught by Yogi Bhahan and include movement exercises, breathwork, mantra, mudra, bandhas and meditation and gong relaxation therapy to bring fitness of the muscular, cardiovascular, glandular, nervous and organ systems, mental stimulation and awareness, energetic opening and balance. Kundalini Yoga is for everyone who wants gain inner vitality and the skills to cope successfully with the stress and challenges of living in this day and age.
Thursday classes focus on hatha yoga in variation and sequence and may include focusing on alignment, dynamic movement, variations and modifications and appropriate counterpostures for classic yogic and restorative postures, breath regulation exercises and meditation techniques. The postures and movement are synchronized to the slow, deliberate breath bring about integration of mind, body and breath for peace and wellbeing. Both classes are opportunities to increase self-awareness, spark transformation and are adaptable for beginner and intermediate levels.
Jen Leaman Kripalu Yoga
Classes range from gentle to moderate effort level, with emphasis on awareness of the body and the breath. Kripalu yoga nurtures deep relaxation, inner focus and use of props to modify poses as needed. Reduce stress and have fun with your yoga experience!
Marilyn Lindgren Hatha Yoga
An eclectic Hatha Yoga class of medium intensity that thoroughly stretches the body, increases understanding of the postures, and releases tension. Classes include a warm-up, energizing flow sequence, and in-depth work each class on a particular body area, or a type of asana, and conclude with restorative postures. Leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and energized. Beginners should have some previous yoga or other fitness experience.
Patton Quinn Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow with special focus to the principles of alignment based on Iyengar and Anusara techniques. It’s a mixture of standing postures, balancing poses, arm balances, inversions, and other forward and back-bending poses, as well as twists. In addition to practicing asanas, we will practice pranayama breath techniques and Indian mudras.
Manu Kulkarni Sattva Yoga
The mind-body is a sacred garment for the indwelling spirit. In stress of daily living it can suffer a good deal of wear and tear. Yoga is designed to help you recover and restore the balance of health. Using the principles of flow, alignment, and breath; Manu weaves together an enriching experience of peace and wellness for you. Suitable for all levels.
