Lap Swimmers Take Heart
To optimize the most efficient use of our pools, we program various
classes and activities in the indoor and the outdoor pool areas.
We avoid scheduling simultaneous activities so
that one pool may be available for lap swimmers at all times.
Our swim coaches encourage all lap swimmers to inquire about swimming
tips anytime you see them around the pool. Come on down and let
them assist you in providing that extra motivation and encouragement
to keep you swimming like a fish! In the event of a special program,
we will post a notice two weeks prior to a change in schedule.

Group Exercise in the Water
Aquafitness
is a vigorous water aerobics class for persons of all ages and
abilities wanting the challenge of a fast paced workout in the
indoor, heated pool. The water's resistance will increase your
strength, the buoyancy will prevent impact on your joints and
the energy used will burn the calories! Stretching, strengthening
and aerobic phases are included. Even beginners enjoy this workout
as everyone works at their own pace.
