The Hills Sportsplex The Hills Health Club & Wellness Center - Austin, Texas

The Sportsplex is a separate building below the outdoor pool and alongside the running trail which houses the following workout areas:

Aerobics/Group Fitness Studio

2,000 square feet set on a springboard wood floor (for shock absorption) complete with ballet barre, mirrors and all the necessary equipment and air conditioning. See Aerobics/Group Fitness for more information.

Yoga Studio

1,200 square foot studio with a cushioned mat floor system. Temperature controlled with mirrors and soft lighting. Sticky mats, belts, blocks, bolsters, sand bags, and yoga blankets are provided. See Yoga Program for more information.

Pilates Mat Studio

800 square foot studio with a cushioned mat floor system. Temperature controlled with mirrors and soft lighting. See Pilates Program for more information and Pilates Mat Class Schedule.

Indoor Pool

We keep our indoor pool heated to 84 degrees year round. We hold our Water Fitness Classes, Swimming Lessons and Physical Therapy sessions in this pool. See Pool Programs/Water Fitness for more information.

Basketball

The basketball gym is available for shooting baskets or spontaneous games anytime we're open excluding specially arranged programs.

Scheduled Pick Up Games:
Monday - Friday 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Tuesday/Thursday 5:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Saturday morning 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.



Power Cycling

Equipped with 20 Studio Cycles for group cycling classes. Air Conditioned year round. See the Power Cycling page for more information.

Racquetball

Court time is free of charge!
Make reservations at the front desk or call 327-4881.
