Indoor cycling simulates outdoor rides in a fun, group environment providing a highly cardiovascular workout for EVERYBODY! While guided by a motivational instuctor, participants select their own personal intensity level through body position and bike tension. Space is limited to 15 people.

An alternative that promotes workout recovery while working at lower heart rate intensities. (60 Minutes)

Power Cycling
This class is designed for riders of all fitness levels and involves different cycle drills that offer an exhilarating cardio and lower body workout via fantastic instruction and guidance. (60 Minutes)

Super Cycle
Meet in the cycle studio for a quick warm-up, then enjoy a combination cycle and strength training workout targeting all the major muscle groups for a butt-kicking good time!  (60 Minutes)

Ultra Cycling
Our longest available cycle class, this ride is perfect for the training athlete or anyone looking to burn extra calories. Ride your way through rolling hills, false flats and more! (75 Minutes)
