Indoor Cycling

Indoor cycling simulates outdoor rides in a fun, group environment providing a highly cardiovascular workout for EVERYBODY! While guided by a motivational instuctor, participants select their own personal intensity level through body position and bike tension. Space is limited to 15 people.
