Personal Training provides you with safety, accountability, motivation, results, technical expertise, effectiveness, and
efficiency! Let one of our professional Certified Personal Trainers design a custom program to help you reach your potential.
Before we begin, we discuss your goals, prior exercise experience, injuries, any limitations, and other pertinent information.
If you’d like, we can also do fitness testing to assess your body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and
endurance, flexibility, and more. We then develop your program and put it into action. We are completely flexible and prepared
to meet your needs. Whether you just want a few sessions to get started or an ongoing program, and whether you want to train
in private sessions or in groups of two or more, we can help you meet your goals.

Personal Training rates
are $50 per hour and up for a private session; rates vary based upon each trainer's education, certifications, and experience.
Payment may either be charged to your membership account or paid by check or
credit card at the time of the training session. Cancellations made less than
24 hours in advance or sessions which start late without notice from the client
will be charged in full.
All new members joining
The Hills Health Club & Wellness Center will be offered the opportunity to purchase an Intro
Pack containing 1 Massage, 1 Pilates session and 1 Personal Training session.
The cost for this pack is $99.
