Can’t find the time for Nutrition Counseling?

Take advantage of nutrition counseling online! This interactive program is an easy way to have nutrition counseling with out having to book an appointment. You will work with The Hill Fitness Center's Nutrition Counselor, through email.

The first step is to complete a lifestyle questionnaire about yourself and how nutrition plays a role in your daily routine. The next step is to learn how to make healthier choices and lifestyle changes with customized suggestions provided by our nutritional counselor. Additional email correspondence will cover meal plans, recipes, grocery shopping lists and strategies, and tips on how to make healthy eating part of you and your family’s life.

What is Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR)?

RMR is the amount of energy (or number of calories) your body burns each day at rest. RMR accounts for up to 80% of the calories you burn each day. By monitoring changes in your metabolism, you can adjust your weight management program based on your body’s needs.

What is the Balance Log?

The Balance Log is a nutrition software program that allows you to monitor your diet and stay on track for weight management goals based on your Resting Metabolic Rate.
