Mental: Think STRESS-RELIEF!

Trainer Quotes

"One of the best things about running is that it is absolutely unnecessary."

-Karen Nichols

"The ability to achieve and sustain any goal lies within the implementation of the fundamental principles of mastery. The fundamental principles of mastery, at its root, are grounded in the ability to bring one's self wholeheartedly to the present, thus making the actual work, the goal."

-Matthew Tanner
