Tandem Massage
Two therapists, twice the healing! Also known as four hands massage, this technique enlists two therapists to relax upper and lower body at once. Guaranteed to have you feeling like royalty.
The 9 to 5'er
Long day? Unwind with a 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage. 60 minute available too. Targets trigger points along the tops of the shoulders, upper back, and base of the skull, releasing tension from everyday computing and driving. Excellent for managing headaches.
The Deep Eddy
Good, old-fashioned deep tissue massage. Not for the weak of heart. Slow strokes delivered from origin to insertion to iron away stored tension. Minimal lubricant and extra elbow used to allow for deep compression. Great for slowing down your pace of life. Deep Tissue Massage brings about realignment of postural distortions and restores proper range of motion. Muscle function and awareness is balanced and elasticity is restored.
Loop 360
360 degrees of massage! This sports massage incorporates swift, three dimensional strokes to flush metabolic wastes out of the tissues. Great for cleaning out large muscles as well as lubricating the joints. Ideal for runners, cyclists and triathletes. And gym buffs of course. Training for an event? The 360 will help you cut back on recovery time by reducing delayed onset muscle soreness.
Sweet Swedish
Do you relax best with a lighter touch? Then Swedish massage is for you. This massage promotes healthy circulation of the cardiovascular and lymphatic systems by using long, flowing strokes toward the heart. Swedish is a light to firm, nurturing massage which promotes full body relaxation.
