We offer 100 fitness classes per week at The Hills Fitness
Center ensuring a class for everyone!
Group
Fitness Classes
Our group fitness classes include step, intervals, muscle conditioning, pre-pilates, circuit training, and so much more, all included in your membership.
Studio Cycling
Our cycling classes accommodate all levels, from the new exerciser
to the very fit. Cycling is a great low-impact way to increase your
cardiovascular fitness and burn fat in a motivating and fun environment.
All Studio Cycling classes are included in your membership.
Yoga
Yoga produces long, flexible, strong muscles in a relaxing, meditative
environment through stretching and holding poses. Yoga is the
perfect complement to any strength or cardiovascular exercise
program. Most yoga classes are included in your membership.
Senior Fit
The Hills Health Club & Wellness Center has designed special programs with our senior members in mind.
Circuit Training
You can get a full body workout, including both Strength
and Cardiovascular training in less than an hour.
Pool Programs/Water Fitness
The pools are a great place to increase your fitness yet stay
cool. Want to learn to swim? We offer lessons for both children
and adults. Private, semi-private and group lessons are available.

Workout in one of our water fitness classes, where you'll increase your fitness without
the impact of land based aerobics and with the addition of the
water's resistance. Or try our Master
Swim or Fun Swim Programs, a structured swim workout led by
experienced coaches on deck.
